1meter reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation or misconduct currently under investigation.

• Voluntary closure request made by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no transactions or login activity.

If an account is voluntarily closed by the member, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the payment method previously used, subject to the required KYC verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1meter shall not be liable for:
